Can you cite a source? I have not seen that claim in any of the reports I have read yet.
"On 3/1/2012, at approximately 1900 hours, while conducting a re-canvass of the neighborhood, I located [redacted] at [redacted]. [Redacted] stated she was home on the evening of 2/26/2012 at approximately 1915 hours when she heard a commotion coming from the walkway behind her residence. [Redacted] states she looked out her sliding glass door and observed two men chasing each other, a fistfight between the two men, and then she heard a gunshot. When asked to clarify her observations, she stated she could not identify either of the two men, but she did state the person in pursuit of the person being pursued was approximately 10' - 12' behind."
