Funeral directors are not medical examiners and therefore their opinion is not exactly official. Bet this, there are a bunch of post mortem pics of Martin documenting every injury in the ME’s autopsy report, per standard practice.
The funeral director (mortician) got his 15 minutes of fame all over television saying that HE could “verify” that Martin had no wounds on his hands. Therefore, adding fuel to the fire, Zimmerman had to have shot the “boy” in cold blood.
Since he was the one to prepare the body for burial, his words carried some weight. (neither the police nor the Medical Examiner were talking at that time)
But now, the M.E. report proves him to be a liar, too.
