New Evidence is Consistent with George Zimmerman’s Self Defense Claim
The Algemeiner ^ | 5/18/12 | ALAN DERSHOWITZ

Posted on 05/18/2012 6:39:10 PM PDT by BCrago66

A medical report by George Zimmerman’s doctor has disclosed that Zimmerman had a fractured nose, two black eyes, two lacerations on the back of his head and a back injury on the day after the fatal shooting. Moreover, the New York Times has reported that traces of marijuana were found in Trayvon Martin’s body and that Martin’s father initially said that the voice crying for help was not that of his son. It is also been reported that a bruise was found on Martin’s ring finger that would be consistent with Martin having punched Zimmerman. No other wounds, aside of course from the fatal bullet hole in the front of Martin’s body, were found.

If this evidence turns out to be valid, the prosecutor will have no choice but to drop the second-degree murder charge against Zimmerman — if she wants to act ethically, lawfully and professionally.

If Dishwasher says he’s innocent, who are the libs to disagree? That’s like disagreeing with Hahvahd. And you’re “anti-intellectual” if you disagree with Hahvahd.

You do gotta admit Dersh is an honest liberal.

On 2nd Amendment and now on Zimmerman he doesn’t toe the party line.

I still contend that it is possible that Marten succeeded in shooting himself. Witness testimony places him sitting astride Zimmerman's chest and punching his head. If Zimmerman drew his gun and Marten saw it, he would certainly have tried to either deflect it away or capture it for himself. If he tried to pull the gun from Zimmerman's hand while Zimmerman's finger was in the trigger guard it would have fired in the direction he was pulling, right back into his chest.

It could be established if it happened that way by performing a test for nitrate residue on Marten's left hand and forearm.

GtG

Heard him on FOX. He really sticks it to the race baiters without bringing them in to the fray. Just the facts, Mam...goes a long way coming from him.

If this evidence turns out to be valid, the prosecutor will have no choice but to drop the second-degree murder charge against Zimmerman — if she wants to act ethically, lawfully and professionally.

Then again, if she wants to be politically correct, she'll ignore the facts and recite the leftist mantra: "The racist white male thug killed the black choir boy just because he was black."

Considered that too. Asked a lot a questions about the gun, it not working properly etc. Don’t know how it would be proven but it certainly should be presented.

But is this what zero and Holder want- a dismissal of the case which would unleash Black rage and chaos and a renewed enthusiasm for Obama’s re-election in the AA community?

Dershowitz is really angry about this. Evemtually, I think there’s going to be a huge backlash just like the duke case. Can’t happen too soon.

Professor Dershowitz is wrong, dead wrong when he says the prosecutor will have no choice but to drop the charges.
George Zimmerman MUST be found guilty and sentenced to many years behind bars. The prosecutor knows this is the only way to prevent Florida from burning. In addition to many cities in this country. This case is way beyond guilt or innocence. It is a chance for “poor oppressed" black race to get some just-us from whitey.
