The best piece of evidence for the prosecutor is something we already knew but was explicitly stated in a Sanford police report: Trayvon's death was "ultimately avoidable" if Zimmerman had stayed in his vehicle and waited for law enforcement to arrive.

The best "piece of evidence"?? That's not "evidence." It's just a mindless argument no different than saying if Trayvon had not gotten out of bed that morning the altercation would have been avoided.

Police, who recommended Zimmerman be charged with manslaughter, also affirmed, "There is no indication that Trayvon Martin was involved in any criminal activity at the time of the encounter."

Trayvon had THC (the active ingredient in marijuana) in his blood at the time of the encounter. So yes, there is indication that Trayvon was high on dope, and possession and use of dope is a criminal activity in Florida.

Weed has nothing to do with the case. Drop it. He was supposedly attacked. I will go with that.

THC can stay in your system for four weeks. That’s why many people who get tested use cocaine.
