Pretty clear case of a Tazer used to torture a suspect into compliance. She was not attacking the cops. I suspect with a good lawyer, she will own next years new cop cars.
In the least, all three should be fired, immediately, with out pay, or retirement. If they will torture a pregnant driver over a traffic ticket, how many have they killed over money?

The cops can not be trusted with tasers. They managed to arrest people without tasing them in the past and they can learn to do that again. They are torturing people.
