yes she is. But she has more history than Obama and there is enough out there on her that if Mittens is willing (and that is a huge IF) he can use it to defeat her.

She is not going to be the Democrat nominee. She isn't even going to try, and will not accept if they begged her to, which they won't.
She's a washed up old has-been, who's throwing out every signal that she just wants out of the game. She's even on record as saying that she's got no further goals in politics, and is only looking to serve out her term as Secretary of State.
The timing would have to be done in such a way as to create total chaos in the enemy camp and put them completely on the defensive with mass confusion and inability to fundraise or effectively campaign at a late stage. Therefore it cannot come too early whereby Obongo steps aside in disgrace, Hitlery disavows him and curses him while he is in exile in Nairobi, and then immediately regains momentum for the Democrats. No, best thing would be to have it come out and have his eligibilty challenged after he is set on the ballot in state after state, and by defacto succession procedures (if he were to suspend his campaign), Joe Biden I believe AFAIK if not overuled by the DNC would be the standard-bearer and we would subsequently take that guy to the cleaners—his mouth would be his biggest enemy—his campaign would just implode and they would be totally demoralized. Problem here I think is an interrupted Obama candidacy with his campaign/office resignation would de-facto summon just the DNC back for an emergency re-nomination vote [as they did in dropping Eagleton and replacing Shriver 1972] in which case yes, probably Hitlery with Bill behind her would prevail. Touchy case of timing here.
The last time the Democrats made a last-minute change to their ticket was 1972 - it resulted in one of the largest presidential landslides in history (Nixon over McGovern). It wasn’t that Nixon was all that popular but that the Democrats were so dysfunctional that year.
I think it more likely means that something will happen to stop the election. My suspicion is race riots, economic collapse, or Iranian EMT followed by a communist-Islamist coup carried out by Hezbollah operatives. In order of increasing severity, depending on what Soros and his communist-Islamist allies think is necessary.

Whereas I agree with you that in many ways she is as bad as Obama, I don't think that she would be a viable candidate either if something dramatic were to happen that officially made Obama ineligible. The GOP could make the point that it was/is almost impossible for Hillary to not have known that there were serious issues with Obama’s eligibility, and that she had to have known that there were serious holes in his past that had not been vetted. She could be painted as an Obama insider that is not trustable at a time when we truly need transparency and a return to somewhat trustable government.
