Jon Stewart is a comedian. He wouldn’t do well without Fox. And he basically has admitted to me, in a bar, that he’s a socialist.
Of course Jon Stewart is a socialist. But like all elitist millionaire socialists, he's one who sees himself as or who intends to be The State, should he win the day. In other words, Stewart would like to be the "benevolent" overlord who tells us what's best for us, especially in areas of speech, an area Stewart is desperate to control.
What is so appalling about Jon Stewart is that he is a jester for The State and for The Powerful and for The Establishment. Stewart protects Obama -- unless he isn't liberal enough. And Stewart is such an establishment toady that he can't even bring himself to see that Fox News is the outsider, the rebel, the upstart taking on the Goliath.
But what does Stewart do day after day on his low-rated program? He protects Goliath.

Jon Leibowitz is more pompous than talented. Can one imagine how bad he would be without those battery of writers he employs? His audience would be .09% instead of the paltry ratings he does get.

The socialists had a real plan for what would become of the useful idiots once a political conversion occurred. The Michael Moores, the Sean Penns, the obamas and Clintons, the schmucky Shumers, and all the rest of the useful idiots ...
In animal farm lingo, that means Stewart wants to be one of the pigs.
