Former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin (R) has endorsed Sen. Orrin Hatch (R-Utah), who is facing a Tea Party challenge from former state Sen. Dan Liljenquist (R).
"I want him to win. I join Sean Hannity and Mark Levin and other conservatives who would like to see Mr. Balanced Budget return to Washington," Palin said on Fox News on Tuesday night. "He wants to apply that common-sense economic principle of balanced-budget fiscal responsibility, and I want to see him reelected."
Palin is the latest big-name conservative to signal she has no problem with the six-term senator.
Hatch has a big advantage over Liljenquist his fundraising numbers are much stronger, polls show he remains popular with Republicans overall in the state, and while conservative FreedomWorks is targeting him, the bigger-spending Club for Growth has taken a pass on the race.

LOL, better ping pissant and the Ron Paul guy to your post.
Very well-put. I admire Sarah Palin and am grateful to Orrin Hatch for his part contributions, but believe that in this case, we have to say no to both of them.
I see your point of view. He is still a lightweight.
About now I kind of imagine you list of people you might vote for, and could win, is very limited.

I just tire of those who overlook the misleading crap some of our so called conservative leaders take part in. It is almost like a cult of personality

Glad to hear that, but what is happening is known as living in the real world .

Mark Levin likes Hatch, too.
“Mark Levin likes Hatch, too.”
Oops, I responded before reading the article. :)
As usual, Freepers think that if someone doesn’t do 100% what they think they should do, they should be thrown out to sea. Hey Freepers, you want someone who agrees with you 100% of the time, RUN FOR OFFICE YOURSELF.
But I'll be da%%%% if I'm gonna be critical of someone who is as close to Reagan in policies and conviction as anyone I've seen in a long, long time...
Yes, I was disappointed that she didn't run for POTUS, but frankly, with the way the disgusting media piranha doing their best to destroy her, I can't say I blame her.
FAIL.
I don’t think her support would have been enough for Liljenquist anyway, he’s not a Mourdock caliber candidate and I expect him to lose. But still, foolish move.
