For the parents sake, I hope they solve this case and find the little boy’s body. Not that finding a body will make everything okay but at least they will know he is gone. I can’t imagine not knowing for 33 years if your child is dead or alive. I imagine you cling to any sort of hope, false or not, that he will walk in the door each night. IMHO.
You are so right momtothree, not having their child’s remains to properly mourn and bury has to be worst for his parents. In cases like this, it’s not unusual for the prosecution to offer a deal if the animals tells them where the body is. I hope as last resort, they do that.
