No and that would be definitive proof if someone confessing could give a location.
Not yet.Now if this guy can tell them where the body is then he would definitely be guilty.Per the story not everyone believes the confession....
Somebody confessed to this crime years ago and led police all over the place (upstate, but not too far...maybe just north of the Tappan Zee?) and nothing ever turned up.

God created this man's soul. Satan is not a creator; he can't create souls. Only God can. But, you know that.
Satan tempted this man but did not FORCE him to do anything bad. Satan can only tempt. He's just an angel--an incredible asshole of an angel, but still a creation of our Almighty Lord. We have FREE WILL and thereby are responsible for our sins. The "devil made me do it" went out with Adam and Eve...and Flip Wilson.
