I prefer to go to THE source, the guy that taught Jesus everything and from whom Jesus changed nothing and continued teaching:

You must therefore remain totally faithful to G-d, your Elohim. The nations that you are driving out listen to astrologers and stick diviners, but what G-d, has given you is totally different. In your midst, G-d,H will set up for you a prophet like me from among your brethren, and it is to him that you must listen.

If G-d said, Jesus then too said it, and if G-d and His son told me to follow it, then I'm gonna follow it.

So I see this brent13a fella on another thread make a joke about killing someone and taking their gold. So I wonder, gee wiz, don't remember this guy. What's he been posting? And I find this one. So I look a little further and I find this thread here.
