Think about what it took to print something back in 91. Computers weren’t widely used in offices for regular typing. That pamphlet had to be gone over a hundred times before it went to the print shop.

A promotional booklet intended for a few commercial users may not have been gone over as carefully as something intended for a wider public.

One possibility they were working off a resume he gave them. It isn't the "author's bio" that usually appears on book jackets.
