Please don’t blame her, she’s someones best friend, someones daughter, someone sister. If this happened to your sister/daughter/best friend would YOU say “oh well what did she think would happen??”.
The only thing she was guilty of was trying to have a good night and getting to meet new people.

True. She may also have had her drinks spiked, it appears. Poor gal. Well, she was pretty wasted according to eyewitnesses in Japanese versions.
