President Obama’s campaign team and top supporters are telling donors they need to get off the sidelines now so they can compete with GOP super-PACS waging an expected $1 billion campaign against them.
The deluge of cash from outside groups backing Republican Mitt Romney has prompted a sense of urgency among Obama’s supporters. Their message to donors is simple: send money now.

That sounds all too familiar....bailout money to bailout various companies too big to .........no, no, to pay off the Unions who got this man his current job, while paying off others to keep him at his job....and to let government take over...how many Auto showrooms were closed while others were left open....Obama is a master at taking money out of our treasury to use as he sees fit. The Obama's have amassed an enormous fortune in three and a half short years - America is crumbling....where did/do they get the money....Michelle quit her faux job and the Presidency doesn't pay for them to live so lavishly............

Reminds me of the famous shortwave preacher Dr. Gene Scott, who never wasted time on PBS-type begging, the soft-sell or subtle urgings like most of them do - he’d just rant for a while and then holler “NOW! Get on the damn phone!” - and play music until the required total had been received in pledges.
