And she could choose her hubby as her Veep and the country would go gaga over having its favorite two-some in charge once again. I am pretty sure that legally she couldn't pick bill. He has already served 2 full terms as President and couldn't step into he office if something should happen to Hillary

Some Clintonian hair splitting on the 22nd amendment:
"No person shall be elected to the office of the President more than twice, and no person who has held the office of President, or acted as President, for more than two years of a term to which some other person was elected President shall be elected to the office of the President more than once." Bill would argue that he was elected twice, he definitely cant be elected President again. But if he were VP and POTUS was incapacitated, he wouldn't be elected, he'd be elevated. It doesn't say someone can't serve more than two terms, it says they can't be elected.
As for the 12th amendment: "But no person constitutionally ineligible to the office of President shall be eligible to that of Vice-President of the United States."
Clinton would argue "I am ineligible to run for the office but not to hold the office. Thus the 12th amendment does not apply."
Who wants to bet the SCOTUS would wave him right on through?

Ron Burkle (founder of Yucaipa, a big private equity outfit)
has been a Clintonite forever.
He was a huge fundraiser for Hildabeast in 08.

Bill is very heavily involved with a number of former USSR country pipeline deals and biz in India. He opens the door with the local biggies and a money man, forgot his name, but he and Slick fly around on a private 737 with two bedrooms nicknamed Air F**K One, closes the deal

The constitution (not that anyone pays it any attention) forbids Bill Clinton from being vice president.
