This is why it’s so important he win this via Stand Your Ground...that law precludes any further civil action, if I recall. (IANAL.) If he has to go to any kind of trial, even if he gets off because of standard self-defense, his life is effectively over because he will be sued into non-existence by the race hustlers.

LOL, Ive never seen the law discourage a lawyer from filing suit. Sometimes I think if the lawyer herd was thinned about by about 95% it would be a good start to turing this nation around. At least it would clean the place up. Id also ban them from holding any public office ever.
