This is a Clinton-era propaganda trick. Make a headline that appears to be shocking about the regime, while the real burden of the story is that the Obama Justice Department is not political.
Color me skeptical. Vote fraud. Black Panthers. Etc.
As you point out, the sources are entirely within the regime.
