Van Hollen (spelling ?) is a REPUB, not a demoRAT, and wants to ensure that voter fraud is not occurring.

I'm sure he has the best intentions, but the law guarantees fraud will occur -- you can register the day of the election and vote immediately without any ID whatsoever. How can the AG prevent fraud if the law permits that?
