I certainly hope that shrewd Republican election board folks will take a lesson from the "Brookfield strategy" last year in the David Prosser retention vote. They need to report "preliminary" results until the time to certify, to keep the Demofraudsters in the dark regarding how many votes need to be manufactured to "win."

I am convinced, that without this undercount reported to the media in Brookfield last year, that Prosser would have lost.

The beauty of withholding was that, it was merely a courtesy for the press. There is no requirements to “officially” report.
