“1. Dems will call for recounts, either in certain places or state wide.
2. Democrats will go to the courts to delay or protest.”
Fortunately, those tactics won’t work in this case as he’s ALREADY Governor! It’s not like they can prevent him from being seated while they recount, go to court, etc. Same with the others who are already seated.
It’s just to drag things out and force the state to spend more money. They blame all the expenses on him anyway. I never said these tactics were rational. They will do them anyway.
