No warrant says it all. Two years later and they still have not produced a warrant.
ATF is the worst offender and violator of the constitution and should be disbanded.
As I said before, this was not a search warrant, it was most likely an arrest warrant for the previous tenant. The new tenant will not get a copy of an arrest warrant for another person.
