Youtube is not a democracy, and is not bound by the First Amendment. They are a business. Their objective is to have videos that bring in advertising revenue. Videos that are controversial enough that they would need a tribunal for, are videos they don't want the hassle from. Sorry, this makes PERFECT market sense, but YouTube is operating within a democracy, and should be bound by the First Amendment. It matters. Millions upon millions view it. Monopoly by numbers is unjust, and undemocratic.

Sorry, this makes PERFECT market sense, but YouTube is operating within a democracy, and should be bound by the First Amendment. It matters. Millions upon millions view it. Monopoly by numbers is unjust, and undemocratic. And why do businesses have to observe certain rules about hiring minorities, etc.? Because it is undemocratic not to do so. Business must observe constitutional values when working within its realm. Business serves democracy, not the other way around.
