They have a town named Looneyville......but then.....we have Toad Suck, Arkansas. I win the pool today for getting “Toad Suck, Arkansas” into a post. Forty seven cents made the easy way.

The town is called Luneville, in the Lorraine regione of France. It is famous for its museum quality faïence pottery, with earlier pieced selling for hundreds of thousands of dollars.

Also famous for it’s chateau, known as the Versailles of the East, which unfortunately suffered fire damage and is being restored, Luneville has the first sysnagogue built in France after the 13th c.

France us a beautiful country with a rich cultural history in are, architecture, fashion, art de vivre. France has an important Judeo-Christian heritage, and is our oldest ally.

Let’s stop the stupidity here and keep the comments relevant, please.
