The judge who revoked George Zimmerman's bond did so after he determined that it was "apparent" that Zimmerman's wife had lied under oath, and clear that Zimmerman "does not properly respect the law."
Circuit Judge Kenneth Lester revoked Zimmerman's bond on June 1, but his written order was filed Monday. In it, Lester lays out his rationale.

I was under the impression that by that time the trust has been opened. Clearly that would change the availability of those funds. But now I'm wondering if what is being said is that the Paypal account was perhaps not under George's control at all. It may have been been the brothers account.
There's still the issue of the funds supposedly having been already transfered to Credit Union account prior to the bail hearing. That's the stinker.

Considering that absolute power corrupts absolutely, giving judges a signed blank check seems really, really unwise.
Can judges be disbarred? I suppose they have to be impeached, huh? So justice is always under the control of politics.

He should never have allowed Zimmerman on the stand with that apology.
He should have stepped in when there were questions about the fund and told the judge he would get a complete accounting. Thus ending any potential problems for the prosecution to exploit. . . Which they did. . . .

Not sure. I remember hearing or reading something along that line. The fact is that Martin attacked Zimmerman and that is what caused Martin’s death. Martin would have killed Zimmerman if Z hadn’t been armed.
