Larry Hagman and Josh Henderson are father and son in the new Dallas.

Nobody can play JR like Larry Hagman. The ultimate in evil.
I don’t usually like remakes or sequels, but this could be fun to watch. I admit I watched the original faithfully. A guilty pleasure.

A guilty pleasure. Same here. Should be a lot of fun. Have seen a few interviews with Larry lately and he is definitely defying his 80 years!

Mrs. abb is gearing up as we speak to watch the show. I used to enjoy it, back in the day...

I thought 'Dallas' in this house was a thing of the past after the Mrs. finished season 14 on DVD.
I thought wrong.

Yes, I will be watching, as well. Huge fan, back in the day. As was mentioned, above, it should be fun to watch. Hope so.

Throughout the 1980’s, I had hoped that a battle between Ewing Oil and ColbyCo of Denver were started over a productive oil discovery. J.R. Ewing vs. Alexis Carrington would have been great, great television.

The original jumped the shark when Cliff Barnes bested JR in the Gulf story line. Before that JR always won. PS: LOL @ the Tundra Torque!

I await the remake of Gilligan’s Island, but funny this time. Maybe cast “Pee-Wee Herman” as Gilligan, Michael Moore as the Skipper, Lindsey Lohan as Mary Ann, Paris Hilton as Ginger, John Larouquette as Thurston Howell III, Richard Belzer as the professor, etc...

Lindsey Lohan as Mary Ann I'm guessing in this version she wrecks the Minnow?

Didn’t really watch it much back in the day (on and off), but am definitely watching tonight. Gotta give them credit for getting all the originals back.

Every series has a character that comes out as gay, who will it be on Dallas, JR or Bobby?
Or perhaps some flashback scenes of Jock Ewing as a drag queen.

And then she offers Gilligan dough and a blow if he will say he was drivin’ the boat....
