A federal lawsuit by battalion chiefs of the Clark County Fire Department against the county disappeared Tuesday with little fanfare.
Fearful that county officials might decertify their union, the batt-chiefs sued the county after the county refused to guarantee it would not make a decertification attempt. The matter was quickly ended in court, though, when the county agreed not to seek decertification for now.

What is bizarre about this is you have firefighter “management” acting on behalf of the union. What a vile racket these public sector unions have become.
End the government unionizing against America, it is just too irrational.
If I was one of the County officials there would be a few battalion chiefs on unpaid leave until the board considered termination.
similar to school principals....they always want more for their teacher friends because it means their own pay increases proportionately....
