If Obama gets away with this issue and bypasses congress, what prevents him from declaring the US is no longer a democracy? Theoretically, this is precisely what he has done. The congress that is currently serving was elected by the people to represent the people. Obama doesn’t like that they are a republican majority, so he ignores them and creates his own law. He absolutely should be stopped in his tracks, if he isn’t, we have a serious problem.
I wonder how those troops are doing that went to Central Africa in October. What about the time he insisted Congress was not in session? This is not the first time Obama has bypassed congress. Then there was Libya.
I hear legalization of dope may be coming soon. (perhaps he'll wait for the next set of bad economic numbers to come out). Obama seems to have this thing against talking the economy on the news programs between friday and monday.
Ever notice the Republicans declare a war against something every friday after bad numbers come out? War Against Women, War against gays, now the War Against Latinos, perhaps next the War Against Pot Heads then after that maybe the War Against Equal Time On AM Radio. The list can go on. Perhaps an executive order to take over the oil fields... who knows what this man will do next. Maybe a War against Iran?
Congress is in bed with the President also. If they weren’t, he would have been impeached and/or his birthplace determined. Folks the Republicans want cheep labor (immigrants) and the Democrats want new voters. Until that alliance is broken, we are in deep kimchi as a nation.

He has instructed his minions to blatantly FLOUT United States law, in violation of his Oath of Office. This is criminal behavior.
He has REWARDED lawbreakers with immunity from deportation, and with renewable work permits, which will have a detrimental economic impact on US CITIZENS (the citizens he is elected to serve as President of the United States). Any president of the US who elevates the interests of foreign nationals over the interests of US citizens is engaging in treasonous actions.
IMPEACH him for openly and brazenly and proudly flouting US law.
He is not taking "Care that the Laws be faithfully executed" - he is systematically tearing them down in classic tyrannical style.
I think you meant, 'republic'. The US is not now, nor has it ever been a 'democracy', although it sure has tended to function that way.
Actually, we've fallen from even being a democracy, if you look at our real condition. We're more of a fascist oligarchy than anything, today.
