Have you not read Lord of the Flies? These "children" have been left to their own devices without discipline or any fear of it. The Bible says, "A child left to himself will bring his mother to shame".

The Bible says, "A child left to himself will bring his mother to shame". Except that these people feel no shame. I've seen welfare types whoa re proud of their kids rebelliousness.
It seems to be part of that entitlement mentality and lack of respect for anything. They scam the system and brag about it.
