Agree. I haven't heard any evidence that the guns of F&F were ever meant to be "TRACKED" to the upper levels of cartel organizations. The sole purpose was to have guns "TRACED" from crime scenes in Mexico to American dealers, who were essentially ordered by BAFTE to make what they knew were "straw sales". The only rational purpose of F&F is that of manufacturing "evidence" to support the lie that "90% of the guns in the hands of cartels come from the US". The cure? More gun laws.

Of course not, the same Cartel members whom are already wanted for Murder, Torture, let alone drug running. To think they would simply be arrested for receiving guns is folly.
