This is Peggy Noonan's best column in years - it looks like the double agent is back on our side this time, at least for today. It is a blueprint for a GOP landslide - if Romney will follow it.

Leading the opposition to another candidate or to his bad policies is a good start, but voters want to follow someone who will lead them in a clear direction. Noonan's advice for Romney to hammer one or two vital political goals evokes the smashing success of Reagan's campaigns and presidency. It is the road map to victory in November.
