YES on SELF-INSURING AND THEN suing the government if they try to impinge upon our First Amendment Religious expression rights: that's what we just did, xzins. That's what the 43 lawsuits just filed in 12 different U.S. Federal District Courts on May 21 was all about.

http://tinyurl.com/catholic-orgs-file-lawsuits It's the largest legal challenge to the U.S. government in American history.

It appears you missed that. But I don't blame you: the media blkacked it out (Link)

That's why Free Republic is so important.

And BTW, YES on civil disobedience: if our absolutely unprecedented barrage of lawsuits fails, the next step for us is prison.

Hi Mrs D

Try www.chministries.org. And see if that works. If not just google christian health ministries and see what u get.
What you are talking about is what the churches have done about their group plan prior to any aggrieved party actually being forced to participate

What I’m speaking of is individuals with their indiv plans suing as injured parties after the implementation of forced buying. The co-ops could also sue if denied the opportunity to organize as they see fit.

This is different in nature than what is already taking place, imho.
