You did not answer my questions on post #229. One wonders if your goofy insistence that doctrine is supreme is for real. Did Jesus, before he offered paradise to the thief on the cross, ask him what his doctrine was? There are hundreds of denominations with different doctrines. Are any of them correct? None of them? Most are mutually exclusive on points. I think doctrine rules your life more than faith, by your comments, and that is a mistake.

Jesus left us with a Church and the Holy Spirit. He entrusted the Church to spread His Truth (His Doctrine). He did not even write it down or ask people to write it down.
