In heaven everyone is Catholic. At least that is what the Bible says.

So why are you appealing to the Bible that you claim Jesus never told anyone to write instead of the *Church* you claim was instituted by Jesus Himself?

Well, that is so simple: Jesus left us with a Church that had authority. The Church adopted a collection of writings written after Jesus died, and the Church declared them to be the very Word of God. So, for that reason alone I accept them as the Word of God, and I know I can rely upon them.
