The suspects were 16 and 18 years old. The 18-year-old was arrested while the younger suspect was turned over to his parents.Wonder what the "parents" will do to the 16 year old? Or what the court will do to the 18 year old.

It doesn’t matter whether the 18 yr old had the knife.
She needs to insist the DA press charges on the 16 yr old too!

Might be a good idea for this jogger to keep her mouth shut lest some zealot DA go after her for assault and battery. I bet if this happened in the UK, she’d be arrested.
