13-year-old among 2 dead, 13 wounded overnight

A 13-year-old boy and 29-year-old man were killed in separate South and West side shootings and 13 others were wounded in shootings that stretched from Montrose Avenue south to 97th Street between 6:20 p.m. Saturday and 2:45 a.m. Sunday, according to authorities.

A handful of the shootings were gang related, at least two of the teens shot were playing basketball and had no gang or criminal history and one of the men shot was at an after party for a funeral, police said.

If there were any single group of Americans that should be demanding the right of self-defense by way of the Second Amendment, it should be law abiding Black Americans living in these liberal social engineering cesspools like Chicago.
