In the event this bastard Obama isn’t re-elected, I wouldn;t put it past him and his supporters to stage a civil war to try and keep him in pawer.
He is a dangerous demagogue, a narcissistic sociopath in my book. Obama is the very kind of individual the Founding Fathers were anticipating when they created the Bill of Rights and the separation of powers concept.
It appears that SCOTUS has determined that the States do not have the authority to cary out the responsibilities of the Federal Government in the event the individual running the Federal Government elects not to do so.
So, Federal Law reamins in the pruview of the Federal Government entirely.
We need another amendment to the Constitution which states in effect that if a Federal Law or Statute exists, and the individual running the Federal Government - like this villain - elects to ignore his responsibility in enforcing said statue or law may be enforced by the States.
