Obama is going all-in for the Hispanic vote.
He’s written off whites, is willing to take his chances losing a few disgruntled blacks who see illegals in their job market, and will try to ride his other special interest groups (unions, trial lawyers, jews, homosexuals, etc.) to a win in November.
It can’t work. Obama will lose in a landslide.
Every such divisive move creates more chips of anti-Obama electorate and fights against a consolidated support for him. Romney has got to be grinning from ear to ear just thinking about it.

You underestimate the stupidity of the average voter, barry does not.
He’s pushing this crap now because its close enough to the election to shore up the La Raza crowd but far enough away that it won’t be front and center in most voters minds (or the news) in November.
I guess its somewhat positive in that its a signal barry knows he’s going to need every vote he can buy if he’s going to have any chance. Pure speculation: If he had it in the bag he’d have waited to pull this sort of stuff until after getting elected to a 2nd term.
