I watched that speech on CSPAN I was drawn to her remarks about how ideas put forth in two of her dissents had later resonated in the Lilly Ledbetter Act and in Jerry Brown commuting the prison sentence of a woman who's appeal for the shaken infant death of her grandchild had been denied by SCOTUS. My take was she was bucking up a very sympathetic following for the prospect of another dissent on her part with regards to the signature ruling of this court....ad I'm sticking to it...
