Times have sure changed. When I was growing up noone in my hometown that age ever was involved with the police. The parents and schools dealt with the issues and we had chick fights right in the halls of our schools.
The current generation no longer has the ability to handle basic life issues. They must cry and whine to the government over every little thing.
It must be confusing for the kids since their parents are no more mature than they are.

This little angel has a mother that uses the criminal justice system to parent her daughter. Normally the juvenile counselor just chews them out, with the kid sitting there with a smirk on their face and the "parent" having a blank, stupid look.
They really ought to start handing the idiot parent a bill for services rendered.
Some of these kids you know will be real clients of the criminal justice system very soon.
