Depends on who you get your obama phone from. Some will allow you to pay a small fee for extras including extra minutes.
Get an obama phone with a sim card and you can remove the sim and stick it in any unlocked phone you want.
Im doing something wrong then. I can’t afford my phone. But then again, im a 41yr old guy that didn’t breed at will... no kids=no “benefits”..
