I have a lovely little home for sale on the edge of a park system to go up forsale. No reasonable offer refused. Needs a touch of work but overall a nice sound little place with a fantastic view and direct access to hiking & fishing.
Will sell off client list with consistent repeat business. Nice return on investment.

I had shutdown my business a few months after Obama took office. Handwriting was on the wall. Since then it’s been an employment revolving door.
I had just made the decision to re-open the doors a few months ago. I REALLY was expecting the individual mandate to go down in flames and that pent-up demand would have the economy roaring back.
But now...
And if you do close.. please make known the number of employees you've had to lay off because of it. THAT's the part people need to hear.
