Yes — of course you are right. America is a liberal project. It has always been a liberal project. Liberalism is in our DNA. What has happened today is merely another logical stage in an easily predicted trajectory.
Yes — this will not end well. This world is passing away. In all things God must and will be glorified — in the humiliation and ruin of the United States as well, if we fail to renounce the grotesque religion calling itself “American Exceptionalism”.

I guess my unfair edge in this matter is that I long ago abandoned the notion that any Republican, elected politician or member of the judiciary could be relied upon to reverse this inexorable march towards godless secular statism.
