Right on!

If Obama can ignore a SCOTUS ruling, then I guess it’s fair game everyone else can do likewise.

The Gov. of Michigan had better IGNORE this!

Let Obama send his “troops” wearing their new Union rainbow pink uniforms to force it.

It doesn’t matter if they do. The decision is set into stone: The federal government can mandate personal spending, they only need to call it a tax.

So, the federal government can now mandate commerce; they simply need to represent it is a negative tax: Buy this or else get taxed. So much for the US Constitution.

The US Supreme Court also ruled recently that all property is subject to confiscation to be sold for profit of the government with the owner getting what the government decides to give them. Combined with this ruling the property owner can now be taxed the entire amount of the proceeds and receive nothing.

Regardless if ObamaCare is overturned in the Congress, the court decision stands that the federal government can mandate commerce. They can tax you for anything you do not buy or they demand you buy. The federal government may now control 100% of how you spend your money.

We are now literal slaves to the government.

Since the federal government refuses to obey the constitution we should too! REVOLT!!!

Obama ignores what he don’t want — So! We ignore what we don’t want. Turnabout is fair play.

I hope Jindal of Louisiana is among them! Today, I am more than ready for the fight for freedom! A smirking Pelosi said the law was iron clad and she was right. She said today they made history. A sickening thought but true. Now, it is time for real Americans to make history!

Apparently the mandates that affect the states as entities were found unconstitutional, so the Governors can't even be tagged for this action.

The people of the states are unprotected, but the state governments themselves are.

End it, don’t mend it.

We still have latitude. Obama got his ruling, now let him try to enforce it.

Nothing he does now will look particularly attractive. In fact, this could get pretty ugly by November.

And in a choice between ugly and something that is not so ugly, something not so ugly wins.

Well lets approach this as if the SCOTUS never got involved.
FUll steam ahead to vote out every damn LIEberal in November.
War on Democrats—absolute WAR. Defeat them all with a massive vote out in November. Onward soldiers—we lost this battle but not the war.

In addition to greatly enhancing federal power this SCOTUS has significantly eroded state sovereignty, and all in one week.

Thank you Justice Roberts.

The constitution not only allows for but calls upon individuals and the states to abolish the federal government if it exceeds it’s powers.

Governors better do a LOT more than just ignore this ruling.

They better seriously consider depriving the federal government of ALL it’s power before states no longer have that opportunity either.

I sent this to my senator. We all need to do this.

Senator,

We are writing askiing that you follow other governors and ignore the ruling on Obamacare. States can opt out and not be stripped of ANY funding. Thank you for standing with the people of Nebraska who do not want government involved in our health decision. See article below.

GOP governors vow to ignore Obamacare

Republican governors are planning to ignore the Supreme Court’s decision Thursday to uphold Obamacare hoping that the issue will drive voters to dump President Obama in favor of Mitt Romney who has vowed to kill the Affordable Care Act.

After the decision, the Republican Governors Association said that nothing should be done by the states until after the election, a clear signal that they believe a GOP president, House and Senate will kill the health care reform pushed through by Democrats and opposed by Republicans.

RGA Chairman Bob McDonnell said, “Today’s ruling crystallizes all that’s at stake in November’s election. The only way to stop Barack Obama’s budget-busting health care takeover is by electing a new president. Barack Obama’s health care takeover encapsulates his presidency: Obamacare increases taxes, grows the size of government and puts bureaucrats over patients while doing nothing to improve the economy.”

The Virginia governor, who is on Mitt Romney’s list of potential vice presidential candidates, added, “By replacing Barack Obama with Mitt Romney, we will not only stop the federal government’s healthcare takeover, but will also take a giant step towards a full economic recovery.”

Other governors have urged a similar strategy. Scott Walker, the newly re-elected Wisconsin governor, said that he won’t put into place any elements of Obamacare until after the election. Other governors are taking a similar position.

The following days as things are sorted out, and calm settles upon the Nation it will be interesting to see just what direction things will turn.

I think SCOTUS just rang the final bell on their involvement in this, and told us that if we want to be free, don’t want to be slaves then the upcoming election will be where to place our grievances, and vote not only ABO, but Anybody But Democrat as well.

Obama lied about the tax. Obama, and the Democrats lied again.

Curious as to what moves the Democrats would have been making had SCOTUS ruled against them. Curious as to what would be the outcome in November with one devious ploy after another thrown out onto the landscape by the Democrats keeping this discussion alive, and confusing the public right up to election 2012. They might have won. Now there is no more discussion of the merits of Obamacare on their terms.

The Dems, and Obama are now history. They will be voted out of office in November, because the vast majority of Americans DON’T WANT OBAMACARE.

It’s totally up to us. This is our country, and our responsibility. It’s time to take back the reins, and guide this horse out of the cactus, and back onto the trail.

.... Mitt Romney needs to get way out in front of this thing and stress to the country that we simply cannot afford this "Affordable Healthcare Act."

He also needs to stress that .... He ... more than anybody else understands how this so called "Affordable Healthcare Act" (Based on RomneyCare) costs will spiral out of control into an abyss of monetary spending that will bankrupt this country. After all, he witnessed the effects and reality of this on his own state. And had he known then what he knows now .... he would not have instituted it in the first place!

Well .... at least that is what I would like Mr. Romney to do and say. He has the advantage of having actual experience on the subject.

I just hope he doesn't squander his unique position in this matter.
