With the United States Supreme Court all working young people without parents will get a new tax. If you have no parents and are working under the age of 26 you must by health insurance (approved by the Government) or pay a tax (formerly knows as a Penalty).
In 2014 it will be:
"Impose an annual penalty of $95, or up to 1% of income, whichever is greater, on individuals who do not secure insurance
In 2016
"this will rise to $695, or 2.5% of income, by 2016. This is an individual limit; families have a limit of $2,085".
Source Wikipedia.
Also, it is expected that most Employers will drop Health Insurance as the cost of the fine, Employers pay will be less than the cost of Goverment Approved Health Insurace.
Of course, Employers will pass on the cost of the fines to it's employees and customers if the Employer survives.
It is expected many companies and small businesses will fail or fold under this ruling>
All my young relative thinks O’Bama walks on water so now they can put their money where their mouths are. I don’t have kids so I don’t care anymore. This not my America. Let the young’un eat cake as Marie would say.
The drumbeat of Obamanation rolls on : regulate - control - destroy - Regulate - control - destroy - REgulate - control - destroy - REGulate - control - destroy - REGU
That’s right from now until the election we must scream from the housetops what and how all these ObamaCare regulations will affect the population in negative ways.
Keep giving out the facts.

Enjoy your third world “hope and change” lifestyle, juiceboxers.
I am not sure if I have much sympathy for the young people. They were the ones who stupidly voted for him in droves.
I’ve found several online “calculators” that purport to show what impact the law will have on you. According to those calculators if I purchase insurance under one of the exchanges it will run somewhere between $5,000 and $6,000 per year. If I pay the penalty it will be $695. Since I can purchase the insurance at any time, what motivation is there for me to purchase the insurance in advance of actual need?
I think this will be particularly true for young people who have no need for insurance. In my case I am 60+ but only go to the doctor for checkups. I run my own business and have all the same impacts of other small businesses. What movitation is there for me to continue to buy insurance year after year?
This law is one bad idea on top of another bad idea multiplied by 100,000 to the nth power.
$95? $695? Per year? How much health care do you thing these “taxes” will buy? Can you say either higher taxes on the middle class, or health care rationing? This whole thing was a ruse from the start. It can’t work.
Almost no families will be able to get insured for that reasonable a cost, making the penalty "tax" the preferred option. That will put the insurance companies out of the medical insurance business, as Obama and the Marxists planned from day one.
I am old and somewhat uneffected in the long term by this so...To all the young fools who voted-in the DIMocRATs who created this abomination: Eat your cake!
