And that clear opening of the worm can is why we know Roberts is not on that court to do anything but rubber stamp whatever the globalist collapsing this Republic tell him to do. The scum and villainy for whom Roberts the pirate works do not want We The People to be the sovereigns, so every crucial ruling where he can destroy US will be his agenda. He deserves no benefit of the doubt for stupidity. He deserves no second huessing as to whether he may have done the right thing. He is a lawless bastard working for the globalist agenda, Period. As you stated so succinctly, he could have thrown this back on Congress by just voting with Sclaia, Alito, Thomas, and Kennedy. Instead he passed this unconstitutional piece of democrat communism as he was instructed to do.

Actually, doing a bit of homework it seems Roberts may have been correct in his ruling based on past case law.

See: United States v. Kahriger,Marchetti v. United States, and Bailey v. Drexel Furniture Co.

Since this is no longer a ‘mandate’ from the government, but some sort of ‘tax’ which will require a statement of self incrimination...it violates the precedence set in Marchetti v. United States.

This new aspect will need to be argued if the ‘tax’ ever get applied.
