Unless you have no income or live off the net, the collections will probably be electronic from your accounts or assets for the most part. Groups with no income or official assets are disproportionately Obama supporters and will not be hit nearly as hard.

There won’t be for the most part armed agents coming to arrest you if you resist, no they will attach liens and perform wage garnishments. Millions will lose their drivers licenses.
