The only poll that matters is election day.

An awful lot of people just follow the herd. Polls like this qualify as "the herd".

Obviously, I disagree.

After some thought, I believe Roberts was genuinely trying to serve two masters by his decision. He gives something to Obama and the Democrats in the short term, but hopes the Republicans win enough seats, plus the Presidency, in order to repeal it. (I know he doesn't say this outright, but I think it's implied.)

Ultimately, Roberts tried to be a clever non-partisan justice, to teach people a civics' lesson, that elections have consequences. His strategy depends on a Republican landslide in November, and should we be fortunate enough to see that happen, a legislative and executive branch with the fortitude to truly repeal this law.

Because of the SC uling, someday we will see term limits for, not only the president, but congress and the SC as well.

Spin it all you want but the monster lives. It’s not going anywhere. The only master Roberts should be serving is our founding fathers’ United States Constitution. When he starts serving other masters, it’s called treason.

at last check it was 51% yes/49% no.

this poll is BS. in south texas, there are an overwhelming amount of catholics that don’t support this health care law, churches were filled with people praying 2-3 days for it to be repealed before the law was upheld yesterday, and on top of that there are lots of people i know and around the area that don’t support it either. it looks like someone at the station wants to make this poll look legit.
