“I would advise to wait till after the next election though.”

I would add, though, that you are an honorable person. Scum like Buckwheat and his leftist cult have no concept of honor. When it comes time to assert our demands for liberty, we need to remember what, not who, we are dealing with.

So under the Anti Injunction act it's not a tax but it is tax when it comes to congressional authority to levee taxes.

Dang! These people are too smart for me.

So I guess congress could mandate that everyone purchase a firearm for protection of the Republic and tax or fine any one that doesn't.

"I think that once someone actually pays the “tax” the “tax” can be challenged as being unconstitutional because it of a type not enumerated in the Constitution"

Hmmm...Interesting...

I understand you fully. I aint even considering buckwheat-which is funny as heck, but I am considering working on the emotions of those who might, might, have the sense of what is about to happen. Fear is a hell of a thing. It makes one do strange things, like give in. If the opposite is the fact, then trying is honorable. They will remember what happened the last time this fight came about. And I believe that the fear of the thought of that happening again might well be the tipping point. In short, they are cowards hiding behind their agenda.

I doubt very much that most in the military would rise arms against another who seeks freedom from a tyranny-maybe I am wrong in this, I do not know, but, to take aim at another fellow Amrerican would work on ones mind.

This, is a whole different ballgame than the last civil war. This is a type of tyranny that was bestowed upon us by the King of England prior to the revolutionary war.

That is the way to look upon it. Re-read the Declaration of Independence and you can see the similar circumstances, then to now. My hunch is, they have not the guts for it and it will all fall in place without any bloodshed. Maybe the occasional riot might ensue..time would tell.

As to how many would my state have for a militia? Enough for a good killing.

God bless you. And keep the faith. Read George Washingtons Prophecy for America-its online. It tells of all these things. Keep in mind the reference to colors, etc..these are symbolic.
