I love Charles Payne, but he obviously was too busy reading books as a kid and missed the cartoons. Wile E. Coyote was the Roadrunner’s nemesis, not Bugs Bunny’s nemesis. Elmer Fudd was Bug’s nemesis.
Not always...I remember the episode he’s citing.
