For Roberts to call it bad law? No...he called it what it is...a tax.
Thereby exposing the FRAUD, but what are we to do with it? Is not this kind of FRAUD supposed to be struck down at the court? What happened to interpreting the intent of the law? And the intent of the law was not “tax,” as numerous quotes, video, etc. show. If the intent was unconstitutional...then the law should have been struck down. Not turned over to be returned to the people to elect honest leaders.
But, here is the question...if the leaders are so dishonest is there not a criminal statute to deal with them?

The premise of fraud was not the issue that was brought before the court. The court could only rule on what wss.....So who is going to file a civil suit charging the RATS with fraud. Sure won’t go through DOJ...Is a RICO case in order? What ARE the options?

But they did not rule only on what was...the whole thing should have been thrown back to the legislature to define the tax. Roberts did what he did and dropped that darn ball back into the people’s court of opinion/vote.
But...yes I do think there are bigger fish to fry than just voting. Can a new congress go back against an old congress for fraud? Repeal and prosecute.

The editor at Breitbart did a horrible job with this headline. It should read, “We will take it any way(two words—way is a noun, a thing to take) we can get it”, not “anyway”(an adverb which should be used when you say, “Even though it rained, they went anyway.”)
I hate to be picky, but geez, the headline makes no sense.
